Current Rules
Through administrative rules an agency interprets, prescribes, and implements statutory law or policy; and clarifies, standardizes, or establishes its procedure or practice requirements.
Archived Rules
Each year’s administrative code is archived annually, dating back to 1996.
History Notes
The History Notes are an annual compilation of rules sections affected by each year’s legislative review.
Concurrent Resolutions
All legislative concurrent resolutions effecting final rules are part of the code and are archived annually.

Publication Schedule
The bulletin publication schedule establishes deadlines for a rulemaking to properly go through the rulemaking process and be reviewed by the upcoming legislature for approval.

Legal notices of proposed rules, found in each bulletin, are published in Idaho newspapers.

8-Year Rule Review Schedule
Each rule chapter active on July 1, 2026, will be reviewed by the legislature between 2026 and 2034. This review will then be repeated on a similar staggered schedule every eight years.
