About PDF Files
If you are using a computer system, and/or Internet browser, that does not work with Adobe PDF Files, you can send an e-mail to Administrative Rules, and request a hard copy at your expense.
Trouble Viewing PDF Files
If you are having trouble veiwing the PDF files (missing pages and so forth), open the Internet Options and clear the Temporary Internet Files. To do this in Microsoft® Internet Explorer®:
- Click Tools, and then select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.
- On the General tab, click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet files section.
- When the files are deleted, click Ok to exit the Internet Options dialog box.
- Restart your computer and download the PDF file again.
